Shipping Policy
All orders require a 2-3 business days processing before being shipped. Certain products could take up to 4 days before being shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped. Weekend orders ship on Mondays. Standard shipping can take 5-7 business days. Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $75.00 or more.
International Shipping
For information on shipping outside of the U.S.A. please send us an email at info@crossbarco.com with items you are interested in purchasing and a complete shipping address. We will get you a quote to ship to you.
Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy
Cross Bar Company offers a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of our products. As long as there is no signs of abuse we will accept a return. **We cannot accept returns after 30 days of purchase if there is nothing wrong with your product. To return or exchange a Cross Bar Company product, you must fill out a Return Request that will be emailed to you. After completing the form, ship the product to us and we will process your request. When sending product back to us , keep our policy in mind.
**Ship in the original packaging, in as new condition, along with any documentation.
**Ship with proof of purchase of the product (receipt or invoice)
**Ship with your name, address and phone number of where to send the exchange item.
